How To Get Your Account Cleared
Every email should include:
- First/Last Name
- Your Members Area Username AND/OR Subscription ID
- Your IP (currently reporting as: 172.70.130.205)
- Email us from the same account you used to buy your membership
If you do not provide us with all the above information AND email us from the same address you signed up with, it will take much longer to clear up your blocked account.
Possible Cause for Block: Your UserName/Password Has Been Compromised
Solution: Using the same email account you used when you signed up, write to us here: [email protected]. We will look at the account and send you a new username/password. It is EXTREMELY important that you include your First Name, Last Name, Members Area Username, and your IP. We currently show your IP as: 172.70.130.205.
Possible Cause for Block: You are a brand new member, but cannot get in
Solution: Contact [email protected] with your subscription number, and we will send you a new user/pass. For most people its just a simple matter of a letter not being in caps or lowercase, or a zero '0' was mistaken for the letter 'O' etc....
